You can cancel anytime, with no need to contact us, no retention offers, and no delay. Cancellation takes effect immediately for self-serve purposes — meaning your badge stops being active — but you're billed through the end of the period you already paid for, in line with standard subscription billing.
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first payment, message us and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. After the first 7 days, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you won't be charged again once you cancel.
If we make an error — for example, charging you after you'd already cancelled — we'll refund that charge in full as soon as we're made aware.
Your badge automatically stops displaying as active once your subscription ends — it does not keep working after you've stopped paying. If you re-subscribe later, your badge can be reactivated, generally without needing to redo verification from scratch, depending on how long it's been.
If something's wrong with your billing, please email us at italzzasupport@gmail.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — we can almost always resolve it faster directly, and it avoids unnecessary fees on both sides.
