Alzza ("we," "us") provides a seller verification and trust badge service. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We've kept it short on purpose — if anything here is unclear, message us directly.
When you sign up as a seller, we collect: your name and email, phone number (for OTP verification), website URL, and the social media account you connect. If you upgrade to Growth, we additionally collect government ID and business registration documents for identity verification.
We also automatically check publicly available signals about your business — domain age, SSL status, and basic social account metadata — as part of calculating your trust score.
We do not access your bank account, payment processor dashboard, or sales data unless you explicitly choose to share it with us (for example, via the optional conversion-tracking sheet). That sharing is always opt-in and never required to keep your badge active.
Your information is used to: verify your identity and business as described on our pricing page, calculate and display your trust score and badge, and communicate with you about your account (verification status, billing, check-ins). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your public badge displays your business name, trust score, badge tier, and how long you've been verified. It does not display your phone number, ID documents, or any verification notes — those stay internal.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. We do not store your card details — Lemon Squeezy handles that under their own privacy policy.
We retain your verification data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to records we're required to keep by law.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion at any time. Message us directly to make any of these requests.
